The IAT is planned to be completed by April 2000 and is currently planned to go through or over the following points: Katahdin, Mt Chase, Mars Hill,
Fort Fairfield, Perth-Andover, Plaster Rock
Mt Carleton, Saint Quentin, Kedgwick,
Campbellton, Matepedia, Mt Logan,
Mt Jacques Cartier and Cape Gaspe.
